Late July bloom. Went to the garden this morning and found this beautiful happy face lighting up the morning air. This is
h. Cajun Christmas, Abajian 2002. I've lost quite a few plants already this summer. Not sure if it is too much rain or just the occasional "I just don't want to live anymore" syndrone. But this one is happy and doing very well in the heat so far. Derrick Cane was blooming also so I put some pollen from him on Cajun and we'll see if pods will set. Should make a interesting baby if all goes well.
